Brad Stevenson, chief development officer for global franchise giant Neighborly, says interest in the brand’s many franchise opportunities is increasing despite the pandemic.
At the same time, he says that many franchise prospects he has talked to seem to have the same fears, one of which is not being able to get approved for a loan right now.
“Let’s face it,” he says. “The economy is in a tough place. Because of this, one might assume that loans are harder to come by given the increase in people looking to secure them. But the reality is actually quite the opposite.”
