Like many brands, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced home care franchise giant ComForCare to pivot when it comes to areas such as recruiting. ComForCare is handling everything from scheduling interviews to sending company information via text.
“We’ve seen really great success,” Human Resources Program Manager Lauren LaParl told Home Health Care News.
In addition, the pivot has also helped franchise sales. The company has opened 42 franchise locations across all brands this year. Bobbie Doe, Director of Human Resources at ComForCare, told HHCN, “I think it’s because it is a recession-proof business. It’s a needed service that won’t go away.”
