One of franchising’s most iconic brands, Friendly’s, has a new owner with big growth plans.
The sale to Amici Partners Group was originally announced in late 2020 and finalized this month. All locations are expected to remain open.
The sale is now expected to help Friendly’s rebound from the pandemic, which had impacted overall revenues.
