9Round Fitness, the world’s largest kickboxing franchise, has announced the launch of 9RoundNOW, an app that provides members with on-demand trainer-led video workouts.
A selection of new 30-minute workouts, led by 9Round’s team of professional trainers, are posted for members each week with a variety of kickboxing-based exercises that can be completed with or without fitness equipment.
“We expect the future of fitness to be a hybrid model for people working out in the gym and at home,” said Shannon Hudson, the Founder and CEO of 9Round. “That’s why we built a studio to produce workouts members can access anywhere.”
