The world’s largest franchisor of home service brands has announced plans to open a second headquarters in the Dallas suburb of Irving, Texas.
The office is slated to open in April and Mike Bidwell, president and CEO of Neighborly, said five out-of-state brands – Mr. Handyman, Molly Maid, Dryer Vent Wizard, Window Genie and Real Property Management – as well as Neighborly’s growing IT and digital marketing teams will move to Irving.
Neighborly will continue to maintain its original headquarters in Waco. The second headquarters gives Neighborly access to more franchise resources and a centrally located hub for national and international travel.
